Thirteen years of building rooms that hold up
Loam & Linen started as a two-person workshop restoring old Pune bungalows for material honesty over trend. That principle still runs every project: we specify what will age well, not just what will photograph well.
Today the studio designs and builds full interiors — residential and commercial — with an in-house carpentry unit, so the furniture in the drawings is the furniture that actually arrives.
